Cheese is one source of nutrients. Therefore, it promotes good health for family. With the health benefits we could get from eating cheese on a regular basis, it is best to spread cheese recipes that we know.

My Cousin Bevelyn

Posted By Junelle on March 30th, 2007

I treat her as my little sister since she used to sleep in my room during college. It stopped because “monsters” in my room keep haunting her. She is sensitive on those things, and she is the only one who could feel them.

Her mother has bore three consecutive boys and she wanted to have a girl. She borrowed my moms dress when she was pregnant, because some believe it could affect the gender of the baby inside her. My mom have me (a girl) thats why she borrowed my moms dress, to have a girl. Luckily, it did came true. She had Bevelyn.

In most of the things she likes to follow my steps. She took Computer Engineering to follow my course. She is also in the company where I work.

Mostly, she could do things better than me. She is type fast and good in most of the games, but she could not beat me when it comes to Resident Evil. She is a scare cat, she is afraid of zoombies, though she likes to watch movies with it.

(Maybe my cousin kept those pics, I’ll post it if I have seen it.)

Sex is Bad

Posted By Junelle on March 17th, 2007

I heard last night from the news the the Catholic reacted on the naked paintings of Jesus. The paintings just shows that Sex is not bad – in which the Catholic believes so.

Is that right? If the Catholic thinks its bad, why are we increasing in numbers?

I believe in “GO AND MULTIPLY.”

My Caring Mother

Posted By Junelle on March 15th, 2007

Even though we rarely have a peaceful moment together. I know that my mother loves me. She just lack exposure.

As a plain housewife, she just sits in the house and sometimes play cards or BINGO. She is the one taking care of my daughter as I go to work everyday.

I hate her most of the time, because she could not admit it if she made a mistake. She would even blame a cellphone for being lost (well I think the cellphone wouldnt walk on its own), blame other people if her money or other belongings is missing.

Well thats my Mom, sometimes I also have the same attitude. What can I do? It runs with the blood.

My Loving Father

Posted By Junelle on March 12th, 2007

I would like you to know something about the person who is one of the reasons I am here on this planet; my father.

He used to be a playboy during his college years. He could have a girlfriend by talking to a woman in 60 seconds. That is pretty impressive for a man during his time.

He met my mother and was challenged because he could not get her in 60 seconds. She was too confident of herself that it took my father years in courting her before she had fallen love with him.

That is one of the sacrifices my dad had undergone in order to have this family now. So, it’s not easy for him to just give us up.

He is such a loving person, that even his abussive brothers and sisters are asking too much, he could not resist them.

I hate him when he does that, he is tolerating these people to be dependent on him. But this hatred could be forgiven by him being a joker.

Just this morning, he told me when I was young, they used to do everything just to keep me eating; Call in the people I requested, cook the food I wanted, etc. But today it’s the opposite. Even though he keeps on saying I should stop eating, he can’t let me. (he he he – what can I say – I love food)

Yesterday, my family attended mass. This is what my father wanted. He is such a religious man.

I appreciate the way he works to give our family the things we needed.

My Dad is the BEST.

Monetizing my Blog

Posted By Junelle on March 9th, 2007

For a year of having adsense. I only earned $14 from it. So, I decided to add more ads on my site to earn more.

Am I breaking the rules here? I am open for suggestions.

Seems to me my blog is loading so slow because of the ads :)

I love visiting the sites of people who do visits mine. Yesterday, there were two posts that caught my attention.

Claire’s blog, had a story of “Just Arrived” that would surely make you laugh.

Luisa’s on the other hand, has the infamous “Letter for Every Filipino” by Harvey S. Keh. If you are a Filipino, you could relate to this one.

Enjoy Reading!

Ann, Karen, Muellen and I

Posted By Junelle on March 7th, 2007

They are the closest friends I gained during college days. Look at us on that picture; we look so innocent. Too innocent to know what the future would bring us.

Currently Ann is working at a Postal office here in Iloilo, Karen is finishing three short courses she took, and Muellen is working as a secretary (I forgot the company name – or am I sure she works as a secretary, I am just sure she is working. he he he).

From the four of us, I am the only one that keeps on blabbing about my love life, the rest of them are secretive about it, unless you push them.

All I know is:

Ann just broke up with his latest BF last December. I have no idea if she has a new one.

Karen is linked with Dexter (another friend I had during college). But I have no idea if they are or have been a couple or not.

And lastly about Muellen, I received news last February 25, 2007 (fiesta in my Baranggay) that she is dating someone. Again, I don’t have the facts to confirm this.

I miss spending time with these guys. I just hope we could find time to get together, before one of us goes out of the Philippines.

My Baby Ate Two 1 Peso Coins

Posted By Junelle on March 5th, 2007

I woke up this morning with the cry of my baby, and my mother shouting. At first I thought my mother was just scolding my daughter – again. Then I sat on my bed and saw my baby vomiting.

My mother said; “She was playing with your wallet and she swallowed a coin.”

I panicked seeing the two 1 peso coins she had vomited.

“Let’s get her to the hospital.” I told my parents, as I carried my baby.

“Just to be sure if there is still a coin inside her or not,” I added.

I panicked because just a week ago, I have heard that the classmate of my 6 years old nephew died because he had swallowed a 25 cent coin, which is much smaller than a 1 peso coin. His mother didn’t mind because her son seems to be okay, until the 3rd day that the incident happened. Her sons’ stomach bloated, and when he got him to the hospital, it was too late.

I don’t want this to happen to my daughter. So we immediately went to the hospital. We called our pediatrician along the way. Just to know what’s the proper thing to do. She informed us to just get an X-ray of her body from mouth to stomach.

Upon arriving at the hospital we went to the X-ray department and processed things as fast as we could, because my baby had a phobia in the hospital.

Thankfully, there is no more coin inside of her and she seems to be okay.

We ate breakfast at Jollibee, because my daughter wants to eat spaghetti.

Drive Carefully

Truck Accident
My friends as a witness, I know I have been a dangerous driver. I have been through a lot of accidents, until I had one that almost made me crazy. Every accident I have, I would have an after effect – a fever (due to shock). Thankfully I survived all of them. I almost killed someone once, due to my driving. The person was carrying a baby, good thing all the baby got was a “bukol” on the head and the man got some scratches all over is back (this is because he has no dress when the accident happened, his skin was eaten by my wind shield – YUCK).

I am somehow carefull now, haven’t had a big accident for years. The only accident I face to now is some motor bike bumping over me, or some technical errors of my car.

The picture on this post, was taken yesterday. The driver of the white Truck died on this accident, because he was smashed. As you could see the head of the truck is really distroyed.

I hope every truck driver would learn a lesson from this. I think, if you drive a heavy loaded vehicle. It is better if you just go slow, because you cant stop immediately if you speed up.

ALWAYS DRIVE CAREFULLY
