Yesterday, I have received a lot of text messages saying during easter Sunday, we could start a new life. • For our two helpers, who are so patient, caring and understanding in taking care of my kids and bearing the impulsive not-so-good attitude of my mother.
• For my mother, who is so loving. She even thinks that she is the only person who knows how to love – well this is a thanks message, I don’t want to add up my disappointments.
• For the Teodosio’s, for a wonderful Holy Week at Carles, even if I wasn’t able to go to mass or even near the church, the relaxation time at the beach was worth it. I have been able to pray heart-fully because of the peaceful surroundings.
• For my kids, who brings joy into my life.
• For the staff of Carles Shangrila, who cooked delicious food for us.
• For Hectril, who taught me how to play War Craft III and then I became addicted to the game, for appreciating my ideas, for making me laugh, giggle, for buying food and drinks for our kids, for sleep-driving that scared our helper,  for giving attention to our kids and being our photographer.
• For Kit, who has been there to help me in any way he can with my problems. For supporting me in what I do.
• For Polito, who makes me feel sexy, special and fills my heart with satisfaction.
• For my friends, who sent text messages to me which make me feel special.
• For the bloggers and visitor, who voted for me. Even if I didn’t win, I am satisfied with the result.
• For the ice cream man who sold me two half gallons of ice cream for me to eat at the beach. Yummy cookies and cream.
• For Our Creator, who has always been creative in making each day of my life exciting.

and for all reading this that was not mentioned, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

While I was blog hopping, I found this:

I ran into a stranger as he passed by,
“Oh excuse me please” was my reply.

He said, “Please excuse me too;
I wasn’t watching for you.”

We were very polite, this stranger and I.
We went on our way and we said goodbye.

But at home a different story is told,
How we treat our loved ones, young and old.

Later that day, cooking the evening meal,
My son stood beside me very still..

When I turned, I nearly knocked him down.
“Move out of the way,” I said with a frown.

He walked away, his little heart broken..
I didn’t realize how harshly I’d spoken.

While I lay awake in bed,
God’s still small voice came to me and said,

“While dealing with a stranger,
common courtesy you use,
but the family you love, you seem to abuse.

Go and look on the kitchen floor,
You’ll find some flowers there by the door.

Those are the flowers he brought for you.
He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.

He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,
you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes.”

By this time, I felt very small,
And now my tears began to fall.

I quietly went and knelt by his bed;
“Wake up, little one, wake up,” I said.

“Are these the flowers you picked for me?”
He smiled, “I found ‘em, out by the tree.

I picked ‘em because they’re pretty like you.
I knew you’d like ‘em, especially the blue.”

I said, “Son, I’m very sorry for the way I acted today;
I shouldn’t have yelled at you that way.”
He said, “Oh, Mom, that’s okay.
I love you anyway.”

I said, “Son, I love you too,
and I do like the flowers, especially the blue.”

FAMILY
Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company
that we are working for could easily replace us in
a matter of days.
But the family we left behind will feel the loss
for the rest of their lives.

And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more
into work than into our own family,
an unwise investment indeed,
don’t you think?
So what is behind the story?

It was nine months ago that I was in the hospital, wearing a green suit in preparation for my cesarean operation. Then eventually, God blessed me to bring another life into this earth.

My son, Mommy has been through a rough times while you were inside me and at the fresh time that I had you, but Mommy survived all those because I have and I love you. You and manang are my precious jewels. Mommy may not have enough time for now to be with you as often as you wanted me to, but we will have our happy time, in God’s time.

Happy 9 months baby Mommy is going to buy a cake for you later I am sure manang would claim it as hers again, but remember, I love you both equally!

I had lunch with my Mom and my son awhile ago. My son, will be seeing his Pedia this afternoon.

I find it funny, the way he sips on the straw, so we took pictures of him doing it. He is my tsinito cutie, or some would say Japanese looking child.

My cousins would say “Aregato” once they see him around.
