Cheese is one source of nutrients. Therefore, it promotes good health for family. With the health benefits we could get from eating cheese on a regular basis, it is best to spread cheese recipes that we know.

Reading Book Written by Bo Sanchez

Posted By Junelle on June 25th, 2009

The title of the book is “You have the power to create love.” I was kind-of sad last week, so I decided to buy that since I heard Bo is a great inspirational writer. The first few lines I read got my attention. It was funny and I could sense the reality in it. I even thought I would buy one for “mi amore” to read, because he too would love it and have some laughs. However, in the mid part of the book, I notice that my smile is not as wide as it were when I opened the book and read those first lines; my smile is fading! It continues to fade, until I have reach to this point in where I thought I should express what I feel.

I haven’t finished the book yet, but I am like 80% done. This is the reason why I stopped:

… when I’m beating deadlines, very busy writing articles on my computer and then see my little son playing on the floor … I decide to leave my chair and sit on the floor with him …

I waste 35 minutes of my precious “executive” time for something that others would consider completely unproductive …

Did you notice something wrong in that statement? I DID! I would go straight to the point, it was the word “WASTE.” WHY it caught my attention? For me, that word is a negative one, and for him to use it as something to describe a time he spent for his son, just doesn’t seem to fit for me. A better statement could have been: “I SPENT 35 minutes of my precious …”

I am a person who often uses a wrong word in a statement, whether it be a dialect or english. I would then notice that after a second I mentioned it then try to correct myself if I have a chance to do so. Also, recently I’m noticing the goodness in things, so when a negative things come up, it really disapoints me.

Well, that’s me. What about you? What do you think?

Perez Hilton Crying

Posted By Junelle on June 24th, 2009

I was browsing the net today when I found a video of Perez Hilton, crying because he was attacked by a Black Eyed Peas member Will.I.Am
Here’s a link to the video on his site: http://perezhilton.com/2009-06-22-my-statement
Then followed by another written statement: http://perezhilton.com/2009-06-23-a-new-statement-from-perez-hilton

My reaction:
He keeps on saying, “violence should never be condoned.” It seems that he only considers a physical attack an act of violence but a verbal or emotional attack isn’t. For me, he himself is doing lots and lots of violent acts, isn’t he aware of that?
“Karma to him” as what other people would say it, and I think if he was a she, media men would say Karma to that b*tch.
Man, woman or gay should be treated equal and if he wanted people to respect him, then he should do some respectful acts and not trigger someone to be angry.
Poor Perez, but I think its was due and expect more to come :P

An update with my cholesterol

Posted By Junelle on June 21st, 2009

I had headache last week, and I suspect it my cholesterol is high again, so I went to a medical laboratory and have a lipid profile check. My triglyceride level was high and so I went to my doctor. She said that I need few more tests to confirm what has been causing my headache. I wasn’t able to have the additional tests on the next day because I was over the time limit. For your information, the fasting that they said no eating after 12 midnight, they say fasting is minimum of 6 hours to a maximum of 12 hours; in short, it doesn’t have to be after 12 fasting, it has to fit within those time limit. Without that knowledge, my last meal was 8 pm the night before, then I went to the laboratory 11 am.

I hope my doctor could give me the best diet pills there is, so that I would be healthier.

Arachnophobia – Fear of Spiders

Posted By Junelle on June 21st, 2009

I just want to say, that an hour ago I don’t have fear of spiders; in fact when I was young I use to watch boys from my neighbor having a spider match on a stick. I was a spoiled brat, so even if I don’t know how to win that match, I would have my own spider warrior in a box, just in case someone would challenge me.

So awhile ago, I was scanning videos on youtube and found this:

Now, I think I would be like this:

What about you?

Diet Pill

Posted By Junelle on June 7th, 2009

When I was a teenager, I always wonder what a diet pill does? Some would say if you take it, you wouldn’t have babies. So that basically is the fear I had with those pills. Now, I have two kids, and some of my friends have tried diet pills and they had babies after; I have proven, that the rumor was false.

One of the diet pill my friend had tried is the Anoretix and it worked for her. However, it is always best to ask your doctor for a medicine that would be perfect for you.

Organic Plants

Posted By Junelle on June 7th, 2009

I remember when I was young, we used to have a garden that is full of organic plant. I like it because in times of need, like someone would get hurt or fever, we would just look for a cure within that garden.

We lost the garden when a flood came into our place. I was really sad when it happened. Now, we are slowly gathering plants to make that kind of garden again.

Fat Burner

Posted By Junelle on June 6th, 2009

My cousin gave me a visit this morning, but I was on my way out and I am wearing a tube. When she saw me, she laughed so hard as if I look funny on my suit, but I think I am cute wearing it. However, upon seeing the reaction of my cousin, I believe I need fat burners to make me thinner.

Office Things

Posted By Junelle on June 6th, 2009

I think I have mentioned before that I wanted an office in my house. My Dad is finally planning to have a business of our own and I guess that dream of mine would be granted.

I often browse magazines for office furniture that would be nice in my dream office. I just can’t wait for that time to happen.

My daughter learning to draw

Posted By Junelle on June 5th, 2009

I was never good in shapes. Until now, I don’t know how to draw a perfect circle without a tracer or guide. I am used in having materials to do things I wanted so I never really learned to do it on my own. However, some of my friends are talented in where they could do it with such an ease.

My daughter is learning to draw and whenever instructed to draw a circle, she would make an elliptical shape which is at her age would be excusable. I would just smile whenever I would see she would be marked correct in drawing the elliptical shape for a circle. I guess when she would be in high school it would be different.
