Boy Bastos Freedom of Expression

Yesterday, I was bothered with the fact that the owner of the http://www.boybastos.com was arrested. And no one online care to support the owner in his plea for Freedom of Expression.

This lead me to think, are bloggers or online pinoy’s coward? Why is there no support for someone who was arrested for expressing himself?

Now, I am scared. If one day I get arrested for expressing myself online … no one would save me …

    yeah i agree, dapat nga si mark verzo pa mag demanda sa gma sa danios perwisyo na i-televise sya, wala naman kaso to arrest, inimbitahan lang ng nbi.

    damn it mam loren legarda if your worried sa mga bata pwede po i-filter yun using netnanny or else magpatupad ka ng batas na nag babawal ma browse ang adult content materials ng mga isp ng dsl at iba pang internet service provider sa pinas

    pag nag kaganon para na tayong ma arabo , at kayo nalang ang mag susurf sa net

    yup tama ka … anyway may grounds nga siyang mag demanda … i dunno lang if he cares enough para patulan pa ang government natin .. siguro babalik na lang siya sa trabaho nya .. in which yun din sana ginagawa ng gov imbes na magpapapel sa media / tao. Well A LOT were saying na the senator should rest na lang :) baka next election d na siya maka score :)
