You don’t need strength to let go of something. What you really need is understanding.

The “heat and stress” is causing me to have acne.  I can’t do anything to fight those two, so I resorted to have an online search for ways to treat or prevent acne. I landed at Proactiv website and found out that it is endorsed by famous or well known entertainers; such as Mandy Moore [...]

We Need to HEAL THE WORLD

Posted By Junelle on October 20th, 2011

I am sad.

Recently, I have been hearing news and seeing videos being posted on Facebook of how heartless some human beings could.
People burnt alive in Kenya: They were accused of being witches, but are those people who burnt them alive are any less cruel than witches? They are worst! In fact, what they did is a demonic act.

Mall Shooting in Philippines: Mall goers passing such terrible scene, prefers to watch, take pictures and video than to help. Much worst is that, the Security personnel’s who have a first aid kit on their backs didn’t do anything to a dying teen.

The recent one, which I think had awaken many sleeping hearts: The China Toddler.

WE NEED: TO HEAL THE WORLD!!!

My 2010 and Plans for 2011

Posted By Junelle on December 12th, 2010

I used to think that helping others would make me happy, but recently I learned that it could give you a broken heart. This 2010, I have sacrificed a lot for a few of my friends who later I discovered are not worthy to be called friends.

I am blessed and so I try to help others who are less fortunate. When in need of something I have, I offer without any signed documents because I trust and that time I believe that every person is a good person. I learned it the hard way, I didn’t know being good to someone would slap me in the face.

Imagine that I am helping a person who fell, to stand up and then that person spits on me. Do you think I will be happy to help that person again? At this point, I don’t think it would be proper, because there are lots of other people who needs my help and would be more appreciative even for the little help I would be giving. For those appreciative people, I would not get tired helping. For only those appreciation are needed for one to be satisfied in helping. For ungrateful people, I feel sorry for them and hope one day they would find happiness and satisfaction so that they too could share it with others.

I really felt bad of how my 2010 had come to end. Though I gained friends early on, I had lost most of them on the end of it. I have learned that those friends I had since my college days are those true and worth giving my time.

I lost a lot of time for my family this 2010, and regretted it greatly. So this 2011, I promise to prioritize my family, myself, my true friends and the rest follows.

One thing that aches me in thinking is that my family treated me like a Princess while the so-called friends I have served has treated me like garbage. Just not right!

Thank you Lord, for this early awakening. Now, I am ready to go on with my life positively with a shield.

So, HELLO 2011 – I welcome you with Happiness and Satisfaction!

It is time to do our reponsibility

Posted By Junelle on April 30th, 2010

As the highest form of animal God has created, for He has created us from his image and likeness, we as a human being has been given a responsibility to take care of all God’s creations. Sadly, not all of us are doing our responsibility. If there are people who strongly care about our environment, there are also those who do not care at all.

We are all connected, one-way or another, even the smallest particle of God’s creation is important. As the authors of the “Red List” say, “The world has changed and is changing so much due to climate change. Our biodiversity is among our most important assets to ensure our resilience amidst these changes. We must start with our endemics because they are the most significant indicators of our environmental health, thus, our capacity to adapt to climate change.” Red List has 29 Philippine fishes listed as extinct and detailed information about each fish are also written there. A fish that most Filipino knows, dilis is in the red list. Isn’t it alarming? Who would have known that dilis is extinct.

There is a limitation to everything and extinction is one way of saying that the limit has been reached and we have to do something to fix it.

I am thankful to LopezLink for bringing this to my attention, know I have been awaken from a long sleep and it is time for me to do something. Because of this, I Like the Facebook page of LopezLink. This post is the start of my journey of doing my responsibility as a human being and I suggest you do the same. It is time to wake up and encourage everyone to do something to save our planet. Saving fishes could be our starting point into saving the whole of God’s creation.

To a Certain Person who Thinks HE is Open Minded

Posted By Junelle on November 11th, 2009

So, someone says he doesn’t give malice in the idea of opposite sex who are friends renting a room together. Okay, that’s acceptable and I believe it happens to those friends who are close enough and confident enough that they know their limits as friends. However to add up: “But if the situation arises where sex would be involve, the partner should be good.” OH REALLY? And you say, there’s no malice? If you are thinking that, then I guess you are already giving malice!

Now, another situation arises where a person is saying, “try to understand, put yourself in his shoes, even the best of us would have done the same thing, etc.” Then goes on saying, “you’re a bitch, loser, etc.”

Awww .. for me it’s just fun to encounter this kind of person and to laugh on their faces and give a “talk to the hand” at the end of it. BLOCKED / IGNORED, that’s always a great feature on sites or programs that interaction is done.

Sorry! I could spend my time  accommodating nonsense but if I am done wasting my time, that’s all there is. Thanks anyway for spending a few minutes of your time hating me :P hahahahaha

What A Cruel Cruel World

Posted By Junelle on April 24th, 2009

Every person is unique because we grew up differently. I GET THAT and I accept the fact that some would agree with me on specific things and some wouldn’t. It is just sad to know that some people are not that open minded.

Check out my other blog, in where you will see how a “cat lover” would go to a point in insulting human being just because the person is opposed to what he or she believes in. – I am not an animal lover, so what?

Good thing there are still people who could understand me and share my beliefs. I really don’t get it why some people would go to a point to have soo much love for an animal that they would hurt another human being. So sad, and what a cruel cruel world we have …

To Someone Who Sent Me A Message

I just want it clear. When I say, “It ends, IT ENDS!” I have given you enough of my time and I don’t plan on wasting more of it for people UNWORTHY.

You had your chances, and sorry to say … I have nothing more to offer to you … SO MOVE ON … COZ I HAVE!

If you are not aware, I am not depriving you of doing your responsibility … I JUST DON’T WANT TO TAKE PART ON IT!  Because I did my part without you doing something, RIGHT? SO, do yours same as I did.

I hope that was clear … enough of these nonsense …

Happy New Year everyone … it’s a time of year that is best to have a fresh start … GOOD LUCK!

A Plurker Died

Posted By Junelle on October 16th, 2008

I have been addicted into PLURK because I have found a lot of friends there. Last night, I knew that a plurker died in an accident, just after being engaged. In her last plurk, she stated that she is “The Happiest Woman on Earth.”

When her friends knew about the story, they had requested Plurk to have her Karma freeze, but Plurk gave her an infinite Karma (Plurkers would probably know what it means).

She may have died in a tragic way, but I think she died being “The Happiest Woman on Earth.” I haven’t had the chance to know her, but her friends could only say good things about her and I know she is welcomed in the gates of heaven. May she Rest In Peace.

Suicidal Victims

Posted By Junelle on July 14th, 2008

In my neighborhood called Trapiche, there has been 4 cases of suicide in less than a year. It made us worry, that recenly not even a month had pass, yet another suicide has been made.

In Trapiche, almost all are related by blood. So, everyone in my area would know what happened to someone in less than 24 hours. I guess we were all born curious or we just love to talk about something or someone.

All the victims died by a rope tied on their neck.

I feel sorry for them, because as a Catholic ruling, the person who committed suicide will not be blessed by the Church. However, I know a lot of people will be praying for those souls. May they find peace in where they are now, the peace that they have not seen while they are living.

Let us pray for this poor hearted people. May God forgive them for the sins they have created and open the heaven to them. It is not their fault why they are so weak in fighting the problems of life. Society has a great influence in each one of us, and for all the living, let us be glad that our experiences in life has made us stronger and that let us be thankful that our friends are there for us to lean on. Thanks also to our creator, whom his presence is always there, whenever no one seems to comfort.

Seeing Skull in Someones Face

Posted By Junelle on July 7th, 2008

Scary! I know, I like horror or scary movies but it is just different when you experience someone for real. It was just a blink of an eye when I saw someone having a face of a skull. Maybe it was just my imagination playing with me, because of boredom due to slow connection in the office.

I have this scary feeling or meaning into what I saw. I’ll observe, if what I think will happen … then I guess I have a bit of a power to see something that others don’t. But it ain’t ghosts :P
