Iloilo Wi-Fi spots
I was planning to upload the video’s of my daughter at Barbecue Park where they have a free wi-fi connection. But to my dismay, when we went there, the wi-fi is not available.
So where else in Iloilo that has a wi-fi spot?
The only places I know with that is at Kublai Khan in Robinsons, Smallville (I dunno where - I don’t have a night life) and at BlueJay (near University of San Agustin) .
I didn’t went to any of that places. I just went home after eating at BBQ park, decided to upload the video’s in the office.

actually, the entire Lifeline building in CPU is a wifi spot. if you have a friend with a PLDT account, you can access it through Airbornaccess.net in the marymart area..
Chino’s is also a wifi spot. if you already know their WEP password because they gave it, i think you can access their connection through JD Roadhaus.
so far, that’s all i know.

Spots I’ve tested:
Blue Jay’s (Gen Luna and Smallville) - It’s really a good place to settle in when you’re into coffee and web surfing. They change their passwords every now and then, plus you need to purchase at least a P100 worth of food and drinks.
Kublai Khan (Robinsons) - Very free. Very accommodating. I usually feel guilty if I don’t order something from them.
Bigby’s (Smallville) - Hmmm… very free, but the food is expensive. But then the atmosphere is great! hehehe sosyal!
Coffee Break (Gen Luna near UP) - Very free but you need to buy food from them before they give you the password.
JJ Cafe (not sure if this is the right name, but it’s found right across SM Delgado beside Andoks Manokan) - Free WiFi (signal not so strong though) but you have to buy food before they give you the password.
Deco’s (Robinsons) - Free WiFi and again buy some food so you’ll have the password.
Pink Mushroom (Robinsons) - WiFi is not so strong, but nice place.
If you have a strong WiFi adaptor you can catch the Kingpin network from Days Hotel. It’s unsecured.
