A while ago Fox News had some information I could hardly believe, but because of the credibility of the said news channel, I think I better believe it.
Laughing and giggling could help you slim down, because this goody goody fun activity could actually burn calories. It is also helpful for some depressed person to watch, read, listen to funny somethings
