I received an email from the Max Manager, because of the unpleasant experience we had during Valentines Day.

Hi Maam,

This is Nelly P. Camacho, Area Operations Manager of Max’s Iloilo and Bacolod. Before anything Maam, I would like to apologize for not being satisfied with the service given to as stated in your blog. Our Field Operating Consultant from Max’s Franchising Head Office had immediately called me up to discuss this concern. It has always been our outmost goal to delight all our customers everyday all the time, may it be peak days or lean days.

I have already made investigation on this matter and discussed this concern with the whole staff of Max’s Delgado. I will not give any excuse for happened Maam but please accept our sincere apology and believe that it was not an unintentional act of disrespect on the part of any our crew. Thank you for always believing in Max’s.

I believe you are from Iloilo Maam and if its not so much of an inconvenience to you, may I ask for your contact number.

Thank you for always believing in Max’s great food and please do come visit us again and allow us make things right this time.

Apology Accepted!

It is just good to know that they take actions on such complaint given by their customers. As I said on my post on what happened, I love Max’s food. I just hope it really won’t happen again, so that the smile on our faces would be because we love the food and the service, not just the food alone.
