My daughter Jun Hannah is registered with the family name of her father – Teodosio.
Since, I was not married to her father, I remained a Caravana.
This, I know would cause some errors, specially now that my daughter is already going to school.
Today, we received the gate pass for my daughter’s school and this is one sample of error.
I am labeled as a Teodosio. This was not the only time that I have had this error; During the school meetings, I was given a name tag with “Mrs. Junelle Teodosio” in it. Also, when my daughter got hospitalized, the encoder made the same mistake.
Every time I get this, I say sorry to the father of my daughter. Kinda feel ashamed. Well, I know this is not the end of it. I still have to face a lot of this kind of error.
